Cairo by bus

We organize a bus excursion to Cairo from Marsa Alam every day except Friday. Pick-up from the hotels starts from 01:00, depending on the location of the hotel. Return to the hotel is around 22:00–23:00.

Price:

• Adults – 100 $ per person;
• Children from 6 to 12 years – 50 $;
• Children under 6 years – free of charge.

You will leave Marsa Alam before sunrise. A comfortable bus will pick you up directly from your hotel, and in about 7 hours you will reach Cairo – the majestic capital of Egypt.

Tour program:

• Visit to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, which houses the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian treasures (about 160,000 exhibits);
• View of the Great Pyramids of Giza;
• Visit to the Great Sphinx – the symbol of one of the world’s most ancient civilizations;
• Stop at a papyrus institute and an essential oils factory.

The tour price includes:

• transfer that will pick you up from the hotel and bring you back after the tour;
• entrance tickets to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and to the territory of the Sphinx and the pyramids;
• a professional Russian-speaking guide who will accompany you throughout the tour;
• a tasty and hearty lunch.

The tour price does not include:

• transfer from out-of-town areas El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay and Safaga – 5 $ per person, 10 $ per group up to 6 people, 25 $ per minibus (up to 12 people) round trip;
• entrance inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops) – 15 $;
• Nile cruise – 10 $;
• drinks.

We recommend to take with you:

• copies of documents or photos of the first (main) pages of passports in your phone;
• lunch box (order it in advance at your hotel reception);
• headwear (caps, hats, scarves);
• sunscreen;
• water;
• pillows for sleeping on the bus;
• money for personal expenses and souvenirs;
• comfortable shoes, as well as warm clothes if you are going on the excursion in winter.
